'In De Wulf’ produces a monthly variable menu in tune with the rhythm of the seasons – even though we often allow our personal favourites a little more time to be discovered by our guests. Only when a new dish is completely ‘ready’ and we are 200% behind it, do we include it on the menu.

* Turbot from Nieuwpoort,  pickled onion, spinach, tarragon

* "Zwartemolen" vegetables & herbs from Dranouter, Keiemtalercheese, jus of hazelnutbutter & whey

 Beetroot & radish, jus of roasted chicken, eggyolk

 Potatoes, goatcheese & whey, young chive

* Best end of porc in salted crust, lard of porc's belly, capucine leaves, cauliflower

* Chocolat, blueberry, juniper & red beet

Price list

  • Lunch menu € 45, with wines € 55,  at noon on weekdays
  • Market's menu € 75, with wines € 95, not on a saturday evening
  • * Tasting menu € 95, with wines € 125
  • Tasting menu € 115, with wines € 160,  last serving 13h and 20h15
